Quick check: covers the methods and process-based control of the essential aspects of your organization, with the aim of identifying key capabilities. Results are available in up to 1-2 weeks (depending on project specifics).
Due diligence: our experts use their ‘tools’ to get to the bottom of your organization’s commercial and technical data. You can specify the level of detail of this task. We will give you the time scale.
Feasibility study: We detail the potential of your particular case and how to increase that potential, what opportunities and risks are involved, and what is the right schedule for your organization. This task is different for every organization. Our methods and processes generally allow us to complete a targeted scale of cost reduction - services that are most useful to your organization within three months (cost reduction).
